Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and technically sound Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and SQL to lead a team of talented engineers. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance enterprise applications, driving best practices, and mentoring team members. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers.
   
• Review code, establish best coding practices, and enforce high-quality standards.
   
• Break down complex requirements into manageable tasks and distribute them across the team.
   
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
   
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with proper resource planning and risk mitigation.
   
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
   
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for system architecture and processes.
   
• Participate in architecture discussions, project planning, and technical decision-making.
   
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and support for the applications.
