Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer with expertise in video editing, creating digital materials, establishing brand guidelines, and executing visually compelling designs across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and design materials for print and digital collateral, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, HTML emailers, and web pages.
• We need expertise in graphic designing and video creation/editing (corporate videos, product videos, explainer videos, etc.).
• Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to design specifications and budget constraints.
• Perform image retouching and manipulation for high-quality visual output.
• Design web-friendly graphics, layouts, and marketing materials that align with business objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to align designs with business objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media norms, and industry best practices along with AI tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design Tools – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other AI tools.
