They ensure adherence to processes, facilitate Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning, and actively remove impediments to keep the team on track. This role involves tracking progress, identifying, and escalating risks, and coaching team members on Agile practices, all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ultimately, their mission is to deliver secure projects efficiently while maximizing client satisfaction through consistent, high-quality outcomes.
