MISSION : Guides and supports a team in successfully executing secure projects. They ensure adherence to processes, facilitate Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning, and actively remove impediments to keep the team on track. This role involves tracking progress, identifying, and escalating risks, and coaching team members on Agile practices, all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ultimately, their mission is to deliver secure projects efficiently while maximizing client satisfaction through consistent, high-quality outcomes.

- Team efficiency is continuously improved through reflection, adaptation of team standards, and contribution to broader organizational standards.
- Effective team rules and working practices are established and followed by both IS and Business team members.
- Team ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) are effectively organized and facilitated.

- The overall planning is ensured
