Job Responsibilities:

• Learn the company's products, services, business model, and target markets.
• Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, and market intelligence.
• Generate and qualify business leads using digital channels, email campaigns, and outbound calling.
• Assist the sales team in client acquisition and business development activities.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients and support sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Maintain sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop sales and business skills.
• Achieve individual learning milestones and business development targets.
