Job Description:

The Head of Strategic Technology Consulting will lead our technology consulting division, ensuring the delivery of innovative and strategic technology solutions to our clients. This role requires a visionary leader with deep knowledge of the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies, who can drive growth, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure the continuous development of our consulting capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead the technology consulting practice by developing and executing its strategic vision.
  • Align services with overall business goals and client needs, ensuring value-driven solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, evaluating their potential impact on client businesses.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Guide, mentor, and grow a team of technology consultants to enhance skills and foster professional development.
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharing among team members.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Remain up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Foster innovation by exploring new technologies and driving improvements in consulting practices.
  • Regularly evaluate consulting processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client challenges and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.

Document Repository Access and Utilization:

  • Manage and maintain the document and proposal repository, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Regularly update sales materials (brochures, case studies, presentations) through audits.
  • Implement an efficient system for categorizing and tagging documents to improve searchability, reducing time spent on searching.
  • Enhance team collaboration by encouraging input on document updates and feedback on the usefulness of materials.
  • Improve presales efficiency by ensuring quicker access to materials and fostering teamwork through document-sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 10+ years in technology consulting, with a minimum of 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
  • Client Focus: Strong client-facing capabilities, with a history of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
