Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead new business acquisition and expand our presence in target markets. This role is focused on high-volume, new account sales and requires a strong hunter mindset. You will also lead a small inside sales team, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and represent the company in client-facing engagements across Europe.

- Drive new business acquisition through volume-based selling and proactive outreach
- Identify, open, and develop new opportunities in target markets
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small inside sales team focused on lead generation and outreach
- Manage customer visits, product demos, and sales presentations (onsite and offsite)
- Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy
- Travel frequently to the Netherlands, Europe, and other regions for client meetings and industry events
- Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline, activity, and conversion metrics
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
