Job Description:

The SSC (Fin/Acc Legal) the role primarily

provides end-to-end legal support across the Group's international operations.

The candidate must possess reasonable years of experience in providing legal support across global business operations and should be proficient in conducting legal research, as well as drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, MOUs, SaaS and Licensing Agreements, DPAs, website policies, Terms & Conditions, vendor and procurement contracts, HR and employment documentation, and other commercial legal instruments.

The candidate must have a sound understanding of internationally applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, intellectual property laws, corporate governance, employment laws, and general commercial legal principles. Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate structuring, legal due diligence, compliance, dispute management, and civil and employment litigation support is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate must possess strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand business objectives, evaluate legal and commercial risks, and deliver practical, solution-oriented legal advice aligned with the Group's strategic goals. The role requires the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and support a dynamic, global business environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and legal technology tools is essential, including AI-assisted legal research and drafting platforms, contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, and document management software. The candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of supporting a broad spectrum of legal, corporate, HR, compliance, administrative, and strategic initiatives as may be required by the organization from time to time.
