Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE (model-driven apps) and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows, including event-driven and API-based integrations.
• Develop client-side scripting using JavaScript/TypeScript for forms, commands, and integrations.
• Build and consume REST APIs to integrate CRM with external business systems.
• Manage and support CRM data related to leads, customer lifecycle, and consent management.
• Enable reporting and insights using Power BI based on Dataverse data.
• Design and support system integrations and ensure proper error handling and monitoring.
• Contribute to solution design, performance optimization, and environment strategy.
• Collaborate with team members, review work, and support knowledge sharing.

Deliver CRM features end-to-end by translating business requirements into effective solutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales/Service/Marketing) including entities, relationships, business rules, forms, and app UX.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows with proper error handling, retry, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Develop client-side scripts (JavaScript/TypeScript) to trigger flows/APIs, manage statuses, and update CRM records.
• Collaborate on API, Service Bus, and event-driven integrations; contribute to technical design and process flows.
• Support Marketing and Sales initiatives by implementing lead management processes and KPIs.
• Enable Power BI reporting through well-structured Dataverse schemas and optimized data models.
• Contribute to ALM processes including solutions, environments, deployments, and documentation.
