Job Description:
We’re looking for a results-driven International Sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth across international markets, specifically the UK, USA, and Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B/B2C sales, with proven expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and market research. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to diverse market environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across international markets (UK, USA, Sweden).
- Conduct detailed market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social outreach, and networking platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and optimize client acquisition.
- Use CRM tools and sales automation platforms to manage client data, track sales activities, and generate performance reports.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for international markets.
- Stay updated with market developments, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualification
- 4–6 years of experience in international sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Proven experience in lead generation, including cold calling, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients.
- Strong exposure to international markets, preferably within the EU and USA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
